Stand Rental Space:
$550.00 for Food Vendors
$275.00 for Artisan Vendors
50.00 discount for Hampton Bays Chamber of Commerce Members
(All vendors are invited to join Chamber at the cost of 175.00 per year.)
There is no electric available for stands.
Each vendor who requires electric must supply own generator.
Set up for stands will begin at 6 am on October 5, 2013
. **Stands cannot be dismantled until 10 pm on October 6, 2013.
NO VEHICLE TRAFFIC will be allowed after 9 am October 5, 2013
Each Vendor is required to have Garbage Bags for trash pick up. Garbage cans will be located along Good Ground Road. Vendor Stands must be dismantled by 11pm October 6, 2013
